Please note that the Maintenance Department is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. If Kendall & Potter does not respond within 24 hours after submitting an email request, please call (831) 689-8574 to follow up or email us at kprmaint@montereycoast.com. Tenants will be responsible for all damages to house rental premises as a result of failure to report a problem in a timely manner. Tenants shall be charged for repairs of drain blockages or clogs, unless caused by defective plumbing parts or tree roots invading sewer lines.
