Kendall & Potter Commitments
- Aggressively market rental properties and area to increase revenues
- Advertise properties in all media
- Use of state of the art computerized reservation system to assign rentals, checkins and checkouts
- Provide convenient after-hours check in
- Provide timely accounting reports and revenue distribution
- Provide departure housekeeping services and inspections
- Arrange on-call maintenance services
- Perform inspections, inventory and semi-annual cleaning
- Pay owners a discounted commission when tenants are referred by owners
Owner Commitments
- Keep property in good clean condition
- Keep adequate insurance coverage current at all times (Liability contents and structure)
- Notify Kendall & Potter in advance when reserving owner time
- Permit Kendall & Potter to make emergency repairs up to $500.00
- Keep needed services in place – electric, phone, cable, DVD, TV, internet services etc.
- Permit Kendall & Potter to retain $500.00 in a trust account for emergency repairs
